DURATION:
The effects of MDMA Capsules will take about 45 minutes to begin, will peak about 3 hours after dosing, and last for about 5-6 hours in total. Mild after effects may persist for up to 48 hours.

TOLERANCE AND WARNINGS:
MDMA tolerance builds very quickly. It dramatically loses effectiveness if used on a frequent basis.

25mg to 50mg is a small dose.
100mg to 125mg is a standard dose.

One way to calculate the best dose for a strong experience is to take your body weight in kilos and add 50. This number is the amount of MDMA in milligrams.
